Dima strives to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. Dima has created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

 

Do Not Track. Dima does not currently respond to “do not track” signals as it does not track our customers across third party websites. For promotional offers from Dima, if you do not wish to have your contact information used by Dima to promote our own offerings, you can check certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You may also choose to delete your account yourself at any time, however, by doing so your medical and order records will be permanently deleted from the site. If Dima deletes your user account, medical providers and other affiliates may still have the right to retain information as required by applicable law, regulations, or their retention policy. Dima may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Unless otherwise required by law, Dima will also erase personal information when the personal information is no longer necessary concerning the purposes for which was collected or otherwise processed; when you withdraw your consent (where the lawfulness of processing was based on your consent) and there is no other legal ground for the processing; when you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; when your personal information has been unlawfully processed; and when it is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Dima does not provide prescriptions to minors or those under 18.
