At Dima, we’re always working to make it easier and more convenient for you to get your sexual health needs met. That’s why we’re very excited to introduce our newest service: long-distance doctor visits.

That’s right! For only 600PHP, you can now book a phone consultation with a trusted Ob-Gyn through our shop. No need to go to a hospital–or to even leave home. We’ve got your telemedicine needs covered.

How Does It Work?

Booking an Ob-Gyn consultation with us is quick and easy:

STEP 1: Find “Book a Phone Consultation with an Ob-Gyn” on our shop page. Add it to your cart.

STEP 2: When you’re ready, proceed to checkout. In the box for notes about your order, type in the reason for your consultation. This step is not necessary but can help the doctor be better prepared for your consultation (The Notes box is on the right-hand side for desktop viewers and below shipping information for mobile viewers).

STEP 3: Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a link containing appointment slot options. Just pick your slot and your appointment is officially booked!

What Can I Expect?

After your appointment is set, our partner Ob-Gyn will be in touch via SMS or Viber on the day and time for your consultation. This is to confirm that you’re ready for the call. Once you’re ready, you’ll get a call and your consultation begins. Each consultation lasts up to 30 minutes.

How Do I Pay?

Payment happens prior to your consultation call. Simply follow the checkout steps to complete your payment and booking. We accept all major modes of payment through the DragonPay option, including online banking, credit cards, OTC, GrabPay and more. Because there’s no actual product to deliver, we don’t accept cash-on-delivery for this service.
